Today is a B day due to Friday’s No School - Beginning of Winter Break Holiday (we return Monday January 9, 2012 on another B day due to that Wednesday’s MA day when lunch will be served at the end of the short day.

Seniors - Those with a 3.3 GPA and above...the Cabrillo Honors Program is already accepting applications for next year.  Admission to the Honors Program will be on a “first come, first served” basis.  Don’t miss this opportunity, even if it is your back-up plan!

Speaker - THIS Thursday, 12/22 at Lunch in Rm. 101 David McCawley will speak about his career in the US State Dept.  He is the Senior Desk Officer to France and will speak about his education and experience in the US Diplomatic Corps and Foreign Affairs.  Please sign up with Mrs. Banks in Counseling for a ten-minute early out from your A3 class that day.

Winter Band Concert - This is a “Dessert” Concert, so bring your gourmet desserts to share and be there for a 7p performance in the MU THIS Thursday, 12/22.  Come listen to our Concert Band, Jazz Band A & B, the Ensembles, Combos, and Solos.

Caps/Gowns & Rings - The Jostens deadline has now been extended until January 1st!!  Mail your order in NOW.  If you wait, the base price for the cap & gown will jump from $37 to $49.95 (PLUS tax and shipping).  Also, the different package options available will not be as numerous with the late orders.  Late orders will also have different order forms.  You may get them in the Front Office after the new year.
