COINS FOR CURTAINS
Have you seen the stage curtains in the MU Room? If you attended the recent play you would have seen some of the holes from your seat. Ms. Kline and her students do a great job on the performances, and it is sad to see the curtains in such a state of disrepair. Parent Janet Edwards has come up with an idea to help: "Does your household have a place you keep loose change? Or is there change lying around the house? Look in the couch, Dad's favorite chair, under the bed. Then bring those coins to the main office and put them into the "Coins for Curtains" bucket. I challenge parents to match what the kids find. I will start the process with id=mce_marker00. Any checks should be made out to Soquel High Fund."-Janet Edwards
SIDEWALK WORK MEETING The county is planning to extend the sidewalk on Porter Street/Old San Jose Road from Soquel Village to Soquel High. An information session about the project and a proposed schedule will be held on Feb. 21, 7-9 p.m., at the Soquel High Multi-Purpose Room.
