Grad Wishes Booklet

The Grad Night Committee is hoping to start a new tradition -an individualized keepsake, a booklet made of blank pages with which family and friend can impart their personal thoughts, wise words or well wishes to the 2012 Graduate.

These all-ready-to-go booklets can be purchased from our very own Janet Edwards, in the office at lunch time on Mondays with more opportunities for purchase to be announced.

Have tiyr Graduate (or Parent) pick up a book with 5 blank pages for $10 or a book of 10 pages for $20! We'll have extra pages available to add to your booklets for $1 each. 

Remember If you pay by check, make it out to Soquel High Fund on the memo line write : Grad Night

Again, a sweet memonto to have to your Grad so loved ones can leave a personal mark on their big moment! Memories made simple!

Note: Each page has stars on the edge - place the large group of stars in the right hand corner. Do not write anywhere beyond the dashed or stars lines. These pages are to be bound and two holes placed on the left side, if there is writing there you will not be able to read it.

Calamari dinner is May 5th , 6:30 to 9 pm. In the Multi-purpose room. It's a great musical

concert and fundraiser for the Bands and Choirs. Volunteers needed: contact

Coins for Curtains 

Have you seen the stage curtains in the MU Room? If you attended the play you would have seen some of the holes from your seat. Ms. Kline does such a wonderful job teaching and training these kids on a play it is sad to see the curtains in such a state of disrepair. She has tried to repair them but after 15 years it is not working anymore. Find more pictures below.

 

How can you help? Do you or your student have a jar or container with lose change? Is there change lying around the house? Look in the couch, Dad’s favorite chair, under the bed, everywhere Take those coins and bring them to the main office and put it into the ”Coins for Curtains” bucket. I know the economy is bad but if we all find a few lose coins and bring them together we can replace those curtains. I challenge parents to match or more what the kids find. I will start the process with $100.00. All checks should be made out to Soquel High Fund. Thanks Janet Edwards
