The Hall of Achievement is established to honor alumni and staff who have made a significant contribution to the community that instills a sense of pride, enhancing the traditions and heritage of Soquel High School.


Selection Criteria

  • Candidates must have attended or been a member of the staff at Soquel High, and have greatly added to the Soquel High School community.  At least ten years must have elapsed since the nominee’s departure from Soquel High School. 

  • Any alumni of Soquel HS, faculty member, member of the nominee’s family, or community member may submit a nomination for the Hall of Achievement award.

  • Each nominee must have proven exceptional accomplishment in any of the following categories.

    • Athletics    Entertainment      Public Affairs        Business         Science    Academics   Education    Community Service     Government       Professional    Fine Arts                         

  • Nominee must be a person who is worthy of emulation.

  • Posthumous awards will be considered.

  • Nomination papers will be kept on file for review and consideration for future awards ceremonies.

  • All alumni who have given their lives in the line of duty will be added to the Hall of Achievement’s Roll of Honor.
