Directory of Open Access Journals -- his service covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals. We aim to cover all subjects and languages. There are now 3770 journals in the directory. Currently 1328 journals are searchable at article level. As of today 240100 articles are included in the DOAJ service.
ERIC-- From National Library of Education
Green File -- a freely accessible research database focusing on the relationship between human beings and the environment. Comprised of more than 600 scholarly and general interest titles, as well as government documents and reports, GreenFILE offers a unique perspective on the positive and negative ways humans affect the ecology. The total number of records is approximately 295,000, and full text is provided for more than 4,600 records from open access titles. Also included in GreenFILE is a 6,800-term Thesaurus. Ingenta -- Index to 28,000+ journals (formerly UnCover)
Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts (LISTA) indexes more than 500 core journals, more than 50 priority journals, and 125 selective journals; plus books, research reports and proceedings. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloging, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more. Coverage in the database extends back as far as the mid-1960s. (an EBSCO product)
MEDLINE -- (PubMed version) Index to the world's medical literature, from the National Library of Medicine
Teacher Resource Center -- An index of over 260 titles from the most popular teacher and administrator trade journals, periodicals, and books. (an EBSCO product)
